1. Data controller and contact
FMG (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (FMG Thailand) is the data controller for qsqear.com, which presents food-preservation equipment and technology. The website has no online purchasing system, public member accounts or public contact form. The company’s contact channel is telephone.
For privacy questions or rights requests, call 092-253-6526 or contact the company at 134/130 Rama II Soi 50, Samae Dam, Bang Khun Thian, Bangkok, Thailand.
2. Information and purposes
Technical information from visits may include IP addresses, access times, system requests and browser information recorded by hosting or security systems. It is used to operate the website, investigate errors and prevent misuse, relying on legitimate interests in website operation and security, and applicable legal obligations where relevant.
When you call, the company uses information received as necessary for your enquiry, such as your name, contact number and enquiry details, to respond, act on your request or handle complaints. The basis depends on the activity: steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, or legitimate interests in communication and complaint handling. Without information necessary for a particular request, the company may be unable to act on it.
Removing the public contact form does not mean that earlier information has been deleted. The former form had fields for company name, first and last name, email, telephone, enquiry subject and description. Previously submitted information from these fields and related technical information may remain in the system and backups. The company limits use of this older information to purposes that remain necessary and have a lawful basis. This notice does not authorize new marketing use of older information.
Browser storage is explained in the cookie policy. Visiting the website or acknowledging a notice is not consent to every use of personal data.
The entry screen remembers only the document version in browser sessionStorage for that session. It does not send an acceptance-recording request to the server or create a per-visitor acknowledgment record in the company database. A new session or a document-version change requires you to review and choose again. Accepting the terms is not consent to analytics or advertising tracking and does not waive rights. Hosting and security-system technical information remains separate, as explained above.
3. Access and storage
Access may be provided to authorized administrators and service providers needed to maintain the system within their responsibilities. The company may disclose necessary information to legally authorized recipients or advisers for complaints or legal claims where a lawful basis applies.
The website uses hostatom hosting, provided by Network Technical System Co., Ltd. Service documentation identifies Thailand as the location of the main data centre. This does not confirm that every backup or external service is located in Thailand.
External websites have their own providers’ notices. Please read them before use. This does not remove the company’s responsibilities for collection, use or disclosure for which it is responsible.
4. Retention and backups
The company retains information as necessary for its purposes, legal obligations and relevant legal claims. One retention period does not apply to every category.
hostatom publishes a 90-day log-retention period and a hosting-backup history of 21 days with 21 sets under its SLA. These are hosting-service periods, not deletion cycles for information held in WordPress or archives made separately by the company or plugins.
Contact information and older form information are retained as necessary to complete outstanding matters and handle relevant complaints or legal claims. Necessity depends on whether the matter has ended, any remaining legal obligations or disputes, and whether the information is still needed. When the relevant need ends, the information must be deleted or anonymized in accordance with law.
Separate company or plugin backups may still contain older information and do not share the host’s 21-day cycle. The company restricts their use to recovery or other necessary purposes and must account for applicable deletion or restriction requests when restoring information.
Where a complaint, investigation, dispute or legal obligation requires preservation, the company limits this to relevant records and reviews it when that reason ends. One dispute does not extend retention of every visitor’s information.
5. Security
The company provides organizational and technical measures appropriate to the risks to prevent loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure, with access limited by responsibility. No system can guarantee security in every circumstance.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions, you may request access or a copy, correction, deletion or anonymization, restriction of use, object to processing, request receipt or transfer of data where applicable, withdraw consent for consent-based processing, and complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before withdrawal.
Call the company at 092-253-6526. The company will request only information necessary to locate records and check that a request relates to you, handle requests within applicable legal time limits, and explain if it cannot fulfil a request in full.
7. Changes
The company will display the version and effective date of updated notices and communicate significant changes appropriately. Updating a notice does not provide retrospective consent for a new purpose.
